Our

Pug 106 009.jpg

As delivered, covered in volcanic ash and previous to a good clean!

To celebrate Earth Day, I decided to recycle my collection of rusting/unused 4x4s and replace the area they were occupying with an organic garden.

As part of the deal, I also acquired our "Ecocar" - not the latest technology, I'm afraid, but one that the budget could achieve - a 1994 Peugeot 106 diesel. It will run on vegetable oil and its build footprint has been previously used by someone else, so it's as eco-friendly as an old car can be!

UPDATE:
I've been told of a nearby producer of rapeseed oil who grows, harvests and presses local to me, so I'll be investigating and reporting back shortly...
